Restio pillansii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Restionaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Restio pillansii pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1985.
