Restio pulcher merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Restionaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape barat daya (Struis Bay hingga Koude Berge). Nama ilmiah Restio pulcher pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Elsie Elizabeth Esterhuysen pada tahun 2010.
