Rhaphiostylis elegans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Metteniusaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kamerun. Nama ilmiah Rhaphiostylis elegans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gustav Adolf Engler pada tahun 1909.
