Rhaphiostylis ferruginea merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau liana dari famili Metteniusaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika barat dan barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Rhaphiostylis ferruginea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gustav Adolf Engler pada tahun 1909.
