Rhinotropis nitida merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas hingga Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Rhinotropis nitida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 2011.
