Rhodocoma foliosa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Restionaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Rhodocoma foliosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nicholas Edward Brown pada tahun 2010.
