Rhododendron dilatatum var. decandrum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang (Honshu barat). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron dilatatum var. decandrum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Tomitaro Makino pada tahun 1893.
