Rhododendron flumineum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Yunnan selatan). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron flumineum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wen-Pei Fang pada tahun 1982.
