Rhododendron hemsleyanum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan tengah: Emei Shan). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron hemsleyanum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ernest Henry Wilson pada tahun 1910.
