Rhododendron lepidostylum merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah China (Yunnan barat). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron lepidostylum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Isaac Bayley Balfour pada tahun 1920.
