Rhododendron leptanthum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan hemiepifit dari famili Ericaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea. Nama ilmiah Rhododendron leptanthum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ferdinand von Mueller pada tahun 1889.
