Rhododendron octandrum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Guizhou timur laut). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron octandrum mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1987.
