Rhododendron pachyphyllum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Hunan barat daya, Guangxi timur laut). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron pachyphyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wen-Pei Fang pada tahun 1983.
