Rhododendron petrocharis merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan utara-tengah, Guizhou). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron petrocharis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Ludwig Emil Diels pada tahun 1921.
