Rhododendron × planecostatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan hemiepifit dari famili Ericaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu atau semak. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Gunung Kinabalu). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron × planecostatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hermann Otto Sleumer pada tahun 1960.
