Rhododendron qinghaiense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) di wilayah Qinghai selatan. Nama ilmiah Rhododendron qinghaiense diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ren-Chang Ching pada tahun 1982.
