Rhododendron uniflorum var. imperator merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik) dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tibet tenggara hingga Myanmar timur laut. Nama ilmiah Rhododendron uniflorum var. imperator diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Hutchinson pada tahun 1978.
