Rhododendron vidalii merupakan tumbuhan hemiepifit dari famili Ericaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk perdu. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Luzon, Mindoro). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron vidalii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Allen Rolfe pada tahun 1886.
