Rhopaloblaste augusta merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Nikobar. Nama ilmiah Rhopaloblaste augusta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wilhelm Sulpiz Kurz pada tahun 1970.
