Rhopalostylis baueri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Arecaceae (suku pinang-pinangan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Pulau Norfolk, Kepulauan Kermadec. Nama ilmiah Rhopalostylis baueri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1875.
