Rhynchosia precatoria adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Selatan Serikat hingga Kolombia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan rosary snoutbean. Nama ilmiah Rhynchosia precatoria diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alexander von Humboldt pada tahun 1825.
