Rhynchospora chinensis subsp. spiciformis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Nama ilmiah Rhynchospora chinensis subsp. spiciformis diperkenalkan oleh William (Wilhelm) Hillebrand pada tahun 1989.
