Rhynchospora divaricata merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah kawasan tropis Amerika. Nama ilmiah Rhynchospora divaricata diperkenalkan oleh William Hamilton pada tahun 2005.
