Rhynchospora edwalliana merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil tenggara dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Rhynchospora edwalliana diperkenalkan oleh Johann Otto Boeckeler pada tahun 1895.
