Rhynchospora filifolia merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan threadleaf beaksedge. Nama ilmiah Rhynchospora filifolia diperkenalkan oleh Asa Gray pada tahun 1836.
