Rhynchospora floridensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan florida whitetop. Nama ilmiah Rhynchospora floridensis diperkenalkan oleh Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 1940.
