Rhynchospora fluminensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil tenggara dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Rhynchospora fluminensis diperkenalkan oleh Lyman Bradford Smith pada tahun 1934.
