Rhynchospora globularis var. saxicola merupakan tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan stone mountain beaksedge. Nama ilmiah Rhynchospora globularis var. saxicola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Kunkel Small pada tahun 1950.
