Ribes lacustre adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Grossulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan subarktik Amerika hingga Amerika Serikat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan prickly currant. Nama ilmiah Ribes lacustre pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christiaan Hendrik Persoon pada tahun 1812.
