Ribes sylvestre adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Grossulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Chili (Valparaíso). Nama ilmiah Ribes sylvestre pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Gottlieb Dietrich pada tahun 1822.
