Roella dregeana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Campanulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Roella dregeana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alphonse Louis Pierre Pyrame de Candolle pada tahun 1839.
