Roepera teretifolia merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Zygophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Roepera teretifolia diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 2003.
