Romulea setifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Romulea setifolia diperkenalkan oleh Nicholas Edward Brown pada tahun 1932.
