Rondonanthus capillaceus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Eriocaulaceae yang hidup menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela selatan hingga Brazil. Nama ilmiah Rondonanthus capillaceus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Friedrich Klotzsch pada tahun 1991.
