Rorippa hispida merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Brassicaceae (suku sawi-sawian) yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Nama ilmiah Rorippa hispida diperkenalkan oleh Nicaise Auguste Desvaux pada tahun 1894.
