Rosa bridgesii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Oregon hingga California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan pygmy rose. Nama ilmiah Rosa bridgesii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis François Crépin pada tahun 1917.
