Rosa caudata merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Hubei, Shaanxi, Sichuan). Nama ilmiah Rosa caudata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1914.
