Rosa forrestiana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Sichuan, NW Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Rosa forrestiana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Albert Boulenger pada tahun 1936.
