Rotala ramosior merupakan tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Lythraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah New World. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan lowland rotala. Nama ilmiah Rotala ramosior pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bernhard Adalbert Emil Koehne pada tahun 1877.
