Rothmannia annae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Seychelles. Nama ilmiah Rothmannia annae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Perceval (Percival) Wright pada tahun 1958.
