Rottboellia campestris adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tengah dan tenggara. Nama ilmiah Rottboellia campestris pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Nuttall pada tahun 1835.
