Rubia balearica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Baleares. Nama ilmiah Rubia balearica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Moritz Willkomm pada tahun 1887.
