Rubus hoffmeisterianus merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Afghanistan hingga Nepal. Nama ilmiah Rubus hoffmeisterianus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1848.
