Rubus holtenii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Bolivia (La Paz). Nama ilmiah Rubus holtenii diperkenalkan oleh Carl Ernst Otto Kuntze pada tahun 1898.
