Rubus pubescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan subarktik Amerika hingga Amerika Serikat utara dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan dwarf red blackberry. Nama ilmiah Rubus pubescens diperkenalkan oleh Constantine Samuel Rafinesque pada tahun 1811.
