Ruellia adenostachya adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Ruellia adenostachya diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Gustav Lindau pada tahun 1898.
