Ruellia boliviana merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Ruellia boliviana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Rafaël Herman Anna Govaerts pada tahun 2018.
