Ruellia ciliata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Himalaya barat-tengah, Myanmar. Nama ilmiah Ruellia ciliata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jens Wilken Hornemann pada tahun 1807.
