Ruellia harveyana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Ruellia harveyana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Otto Stapf pada tahun 1913.
