Ruellia leucantha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Baja California Sur, Sinaloa). Nama ilmiah Ruellia leucantha diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1901.
